One -on-One Mentoring
Our training is uniquely formatted as a balance sheet review of the mentees current or target position and organization. This makes it relevant and valuable in not just supporting professional progression but having a specific plan to execute.
The program is delivered in 4 hours (extendable by mutual agreement) spread over a 4-week period (1hr per week) using video conference. All research is based on external disclosures including audited financial statements and pillar 3 reports.
